Year of Zayed Fashion Awards Runway Dubai 2018

Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan is the founding father of the United Arab Emirates, and this year was declared the Year of Zayed in the U.A.E celebrating his legacy.

Because the Late Sheikh Zayed believed in creating something
phenomenal out of nothing at all, His dream of catalyzing what was pure desert into what is now paradise, was the inspiration for this challenge.

Runway Dubai provided 3 yards of fabric that was challenging to work with because of it's bright colors and satin feel. Students were challenged to create spectacular designs from the fabric provided.
The results were truly spectacular!
