Like should i tense it up or should i walk like a cat???
It is still helpful for me cuz like i always just slouch so my back always hurts, but the rolling your shoulders way you said is giving an instant boost to me!!!!

Rob Lts I’ve thought about that. At the end of the day I suppose it can’t be hidden. If someone has man boobs it’ll probably look less shitty just use good posture and open up the chest. I mean there’s nothing to lose by sticking them out. Shoulders rolled forward doesn’t look good either.
I have pretty shitty walking posture and sometimes I get snide remarks from people. I’m always worried about trying out proper posture because I worry about doing it wrong. Then I go “Well, if you’re doing it wrong then it’s fine because your normal posture isn’t great, you have nothing to lose.”
